In World of Tanks, the players control any armored vehicle that they choose during the selection phase of the game. After selecting their vehicle, they are placed into a battle on any randomly selected map. These random matches can be won by either capturing the opponent’s base or by destroying all the vehicles of the opposing team. This gameplay has three fronts, and each front has a province that produces gold for the clan who is in control of it. While in Strongholds, each of the clan has its stronghold which can be constructed if the commander of the clan consents to it. Each of the strongholds starts off with one zone and can grow as big as up to four zones as the membership of the clan rises gradually.
